Valued pictures in Wikipedia
This page highlights images that add significant value to Wikipedia articles, either by illustrating article content particularly well, or by being a hard to obtain free use image of the content being illustrated. Valued pictures have to be among Wikipedia's most educational work. A featured picture may not become a valued picture. There is also a valued images page on Commons for images that are the most valued within a particular scope. There are currently 153 valued pictures.
