Baron Stefan Nathaniel Mayer Andrew Philip de Rothschild (b. July 2, 1992) is an English/American Philanthropist, Socialite and Blogger. He is a member of the prominent Rothschild family. He is the son of Andrew de Rothschild (b. 1957) and Alexandra de Rothschild (née Roberts) (b. 1961). Though born in the United States he lives in London.

Education
Rothschild attended Sunningdale School until 2005 when he attended Harrow School for a year. He then followed in his father's footsteps and attended the Taft School. In 2008 he began attending Institut Le Rosey where he will graduate in July 2010.Business career
Rothschild was made a director of the family holdings company, Rothschild Estates of which he is heir in May 2007, just before his 15th birthday.He is a co-chair of the Rothschild Global Foundation - which is a multibillion dollar international aid charity.
In 2009, alongside other members of his close family, he founded the Rothschild Foundation for the Arts and became its Executive Director. The foundation was formed to help fund the development of young Artists; build new links between business and the arts; and create a cultural dialogue through the arts. His father acts as the charity's patron. In two months of operating he has gathered almost $10 million for the Foundation's budget.
Philanthropy
Rothschild has worked with UNICEF in Lesotho and South Africa to help the distribution of HIV/AIDS medication. He is also a trustee of Planting Promise, the charity set up by the Hon. Rocco Falconer, son of Lord Falconer.Personal Life
A fixture of the party scenes in both New York and London, Rothschild is a noted Diarist and Blogger. He blogs for Arianna Huffington's website the Huffington Post alongside many famous names from Business, Politics and Show business. He is a convert to Christianity - thought to be one of the first members of the Rothschild family to convert from Judaism.In 2008 he sued The Telegraph for Breach of privacy and received an undisclosed sum, settled out of court.
